Privacy Policy

Effective October 8, 2026 · Last updated October 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Motion Solutions LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as In-Sight: Found First ("In-Sight," "we," "us"), collects, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It covers our website at https://www.beinsight.co (the "Site"), our free visibility audit, our ads and lead forms on Facebook and Instagram, our emails, and our subscription service for real estate agents (the "Service"). Our Terms of Service also apply.

At a glance

  • We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising.
  • No ad tracking on our Site. We don't use the Meta Pixel, advertising cookies or retargeting pixels, and we don't upload contact lists to Meta or any other ad platform.
  • Facebook and Instagram lead forms collect only the details listed in Section 3, and we use them only to send your free audit and follow up with you about your request by email, by phone, or on a video call if you book one.
  • We never ask for your Google password. You add us as a Manager on your Google Business Profile, you stay the owner, and you can remove us anytime.
  • Stripe processes card payments. We never store your full card number.
  • We email you. We don't text or make automated calls today. If you give us your phone number and separate consent, we may later call or text you (including with automated technology or prerecorded messages). Reply "unsubscribe" to any of our emails, or reply STOP to any text (HELP for help), and we'll stop.
  • Anyone can ask us to see, correct or delete their information, whether or not a privacy law requires it.

1. Who we are

In-Sight helps real estate agents across the United States get found on Google, on Google Maps and in AI assistants. We manage Google Business Profiles, publish weekly profile posts and work on AI visibility.

Motion Solutions LLC, a Florida limited liability company dba In-Sight: Found First
983 Fountain Coin Loop, Orlando, FL 32828
Email: admin@beinsight.co

In-Sight is an independent company. We aren't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), OpenAI, Perplexity, Microsoft, Stripe or the National Association of REALTORS®.

2. What we collect

2.1 Our free audit form on the Site. When you request a free visibility audit, we collect your name, the city or area where you sell, your email address, and the date and time you submitted the form. Submissions are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service. The form doesn't ask for your phone number, license number or any information about your clients.

2.2 Facebook and Instagram lead forms. See Section 3.

2.3 Public business information (agents we'd like to help). We look for real estate agents we think we can help. To do that, we may collect publicly available business information from public sources such as state license lookups, agent and brokerage websites and rosters, business directories and Google Business Profiles. This can include your name, brokerage, market, public business email address, website, and public review counts and ratings. We also run visibility checks for your market on Google Maps and ask public AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity) common buyer and seller questions to see whether you're named. We use this to prepare your free audit and to email you about it. We record where we found your contact information. If you don't want to hear from us, reply "unsubscribe" to any email or write to admin@beinsight.co, and we'll add you to our do-not-contact list.

2.4 Client account and billing information. When you subscribe, our payment processor Stripe collects your name, email address, billing address, payment details and, optionally, your brokerage name. Stripe processes payment details directly. We never receive or store your full card number. We receive limited information from Stripe, such as your subscription status, payment history, the last four digits and expiry date of your card, and receipts. If you arrange a payment with us directly, we enter it into our payment processor to complete the payment and don't keep a copy of your full card number. We also keep a record of your acceptance of our Terms of Service and automatic-renewal terms. Stripe's privacy policy explains how Stripe handles your data.

2.5 Client business and profile information. To deliver the Service, we collect information about you and your business, such as your license number and state, brokerage and its required advertising disclosure, service area, specialties, business contact details, hours, headshot, photos, logos, bio and credentials that you want published. We also keep the content we create for you (posts, review replies, profile text) and your feedback on it, your Google Business Profile information and performance data (such as views, calls, website clicks and direction requests) available to us as a Manager, map-ranking scans of your service area, and logs of AI-assistant answers for your market.

2.6 Access, not passwords. For your Google Business Profile, you add In-Sight as a Manager in Google's "People and access" settings. We will never ask for your Google account password, and you remain the owner. For other platforms, we use the platform's own team or delegated-access feature wherever one exists. If a platform allows only a single login and you choose to share it with us, share it only through the secure method we specify, never by email, text or chat. We store it only in an encrypted password manager, limit access to the people who need it and log its use. Identity, phone or video verification that a platform requires from the business owner is done by you, not by us.

2.7 Information about your customers. We don't collect or hold your customer lists. You send review requests yourself, from your own email, using the Google review link and email template we give you. If you ever share your customers' information with us for another reason, we'll use it only for your purposes and under your instructions, keep it confidential and never sell it or use it for our own marketing.

2.8 Communications. We keep the emails you send us and that we send you, notes from calls you have with us, your cancellation reason if you choose to give one, and records of unsubscribe requests.

2.9 Website technical information. When you visit the Site, our website host, Squarespace, automatically receives technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. See Section 8 for cookies and analytics.

2.10 Sensitive information. We don't ask for sensitive personal data, such as health information, race or ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, citizenship or immigration status, biometric or genetic data, precise geolocation, or information about children. Please don't send it to us. If you send it by mistake, we'll delete it.

3. Facebook and Instagram lead ads (Meta)

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, which are operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta"). Some of our ads open a Meta "Instant Form" so you can request a free audit without leaving the app.

What the form collects. Your full name, email address, phone number, brokerage, market (city and state), whether you're a licensed real estate agent (yes or no), and your answers to a few multiple-choice questions about your business (such as how many leads you get each month, where they come from, whether you manage a Google Business Profile, your approximate monthly marketing spend, your biggest challenge and your timeline). The form also has an optional, unticked box you can check to let us call or text you about your review and our services (including with automated technology or prerecorded messages); you don't have to check it to submit. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. We don't ask for your license number or any demographic information. Meta may pre-fill some fields from your Meta account. You can review and edit every field before you submit, and the form links to this Privacy Policy.

How we use it. We use your form answers only to prepare your free audit, email it to you, and follow up with you about it by email, by phone, or on a video call if you book one. We may use your phone number to reach you about your request. We don't text or make automated calls today. We call or text you using automated technology or prerecorded messages only if you gave separate consent, and you can opt out anytime by replying STOP to any text (HELP for help) or emailing admin@beinsight.co. Every STOP or "don't call" request goes on our do-not-contact list permanently. Every follow-up email tells you how to opt out: reply "unsubscribe" anytime.

How we receive and store it. Meta makes your submission available to us through its lead-ads tools. We download it into our own business records (Google Workspace), where it's handled like the other information in this policy. We use Make (make.com), an automation service, to forward each lead-form submission from Meta to our Google Workspace inbox, and Make processes it only to provide that service to us. If you choose to book a call, Calendly receives your name, email address and any details you add on the booking page, and adds the call to our Google Workspace calendar. We may use your phone number to reach you about your request. We don't text or make automated calls today; we call or text you using automated technology or prerecorded messages only if you gave separate consent, and you can opt out anytime by replying STOP to any text (HELP for help) or emailing admin@beinsight.co.

What we don't do.

  • We don't use the Meta Pixel, the Meta Conversions API or any other Meta tracking code on our Site.
  • We don't upload your information, our lead lists, our client lists or our do-not-contact list to Meta or any other advertising platform, whether to build audiences, find similar people or measure our ads.
  • We don't connect any tool that sends what happens to a lead after it submits a form back to Meta.

How our ads are targeted. We choose general audience settings that Meta offers, such as location (United States), age range and professional job titles, employers and interests related to real estate. Meta decides who sees our ads, based on its own data and under its own policies. Apart from the forms you submit, we receive only aggregate ad reports from Meta, not information about who saw our ads.

Meta's role. Meta processes your form submission and your interactions with our ads under its own Privacy Policy. You can manage your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

Retention and deletion. We keep lead-form information as described in Section 9. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing admin@beinsight.co.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  1. Prepare and send your free visibility audit, and follow up about it by email (and, if you gave us your phone number on a lead form, by phone).
  2. Find and email real estate agents we think we can help, as described in Sections 2.3 and 7.
  3. Set up and run your subscription, including billing, receipts, failed-payment notices, cancellation and records of consent.
  4. Deliver the Service: managing your Google Business Profile and listings, drafting posts and review replies, running map and AI visibility checks, producing reports, and giving you your Google review link and a review-request email template.
  5. Communicate with you about support, changes we make to your profile, and important notices about the Service or our policies.
  6. Keep accounts secure, prevent fraud and spam, and respond to incidents.
  7. Comply with the law and platform rules, and enforce our Terms.
  8. Improve the Service using aggregated or de-identified information that doesn't identify you.
  9. Publish case studies or testimonials, but only with your separate written permission.

AI-assisted drafting. We use AI writing tools to prepare first drafts from your intake information and public data. A person reviews every draft before it reaches you. We don't put passwords, or any customer information you share with us, into AI tools, and we turn off settings that let tool providers train their models on our inputs wherever the tool offers that choice. We don't use AI to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Why we handle your information. To perform our agreement with you (delivering the Service and billing); for our legitimate business interests (contacting agents about a relevant business service using public business information, security and improving the Service), balanced against your privacy and your right to opt out; with your consent (for example, when you submit a form or approve a case study), which you can withdraw at any time; and to meet legal obligations (such as tax, accounting and opt-out records).

5. Your Google Business Profile and working with an agency

  • Google Business Profile is a free service from Google. Our fee is for our management services.
  • You keep ownership of your profile at all times, and you decide whether we have Manager access.
  • We tell you about the changes we make to your profile, through our monthly report and change notes, and we won't disable profile features without your consent.
  • You can remove our access yourself at any time in Google's settings. When you cancel, we make sure you have exclusive control of your profile within 7 business days of your notice.
  • We never share one client's Business Profile data with another client.
  • Google's notice about working with third parties: Tips for working with third parties.

6. How we share information

We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising. We share it only as follows.

6.1 Service providers that help us run the business and may use your information only to provide services to us:

  • Squarespace: website hosting and built-in site analytics.
  • FormSubmit: delivers our Site's audit-form submissions to our inbox.
  • Google Workspace: email, documents and file storage.
  • Stripe: payments and subscription billing.
  • Meta: runs our Facebook and Instagram ads and lead forms (see Section 3).
  • Make: forwards Facebook and Instagram lead-form submissions from Meta to our inbox.
  • Calendly: lets you book a call with us and adds it to our Google Workspace calendar.
  • AI writing tools: first drafts of content (never credentials or customer information).
  • Map-ranking and search-visibility tools: your business name, keywords and service area, to measure your visibility.
  • Encrypted password manager: any login you choose to share with us.
  • Professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, insurers) and contractors who are bound by confidentiality and get access only to what their task requires.

6.2 Platforms, as part of the Service. When we update your Google Business Profile, directory listings or website, we submit your business information to those platforms. Once published, it's public and governed by each platform's own privacy policy.

6.3 Legal and safety reasons. To comply with the law, a subpoena or a court order; to protect the rights, safety or property of you, us or others; or to investigate fraud or security problems.

6.4 Business transfers. If In-Sight is merged, sold or reorganized, information may transfer to the successor, and this policy will continue to apply to it unless you're told otherwise.

6.5 With your direction or consent, for example sharing reports with your broker or web developer when you ask us to.

7. Marketing messages and your choices

Email. We email agents who requested an audit (on our Site or through a Facebook or Instagram lead form) and agents whose public business email we found (Section 2.3). Every marketing email identifies In-Sight as the sender, includes our postal address and tells you how to opt out: reply "unsubscribe." We honor opt-outs promptly, and always within 10 business days. We keep a do-not-contact list so we don't email you again. Service emails (receipts, reports and account or legal notices) continue while you're a client.

Text messages and calls. We don't text or make automated calls today. If you give us your phone number on a lead form, we may call you about your request by hand. We send text messages, and make calls using automated technology or prerecorded messages, only if you gave your separate, express written consent (for example, by checking the optional call/text box on our lead form). Consent is never a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP to any text (reply HELP for help) or emailing admin@beinsight.co. Every STOP or "don't call" request goes on our do-not-contact list permanently. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.

8. Cookies, analytics, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Cookies and analytics. Our Site is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace sets cookies that the Site needs to work securely, and may use cookies or similar technologies for its built-in site analytics, which show us aggregated information such as page views and traffic sources. Squarespace's Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy explain these. We don't use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels (including the Meta Pixel) or cross-site tracking. Some pages link to other services, such as Google, ChatGPT or Stripe checkout, which set their own cookies under their own policies when you visit them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Do Not Track. Browser "Do Not Track" signals have no common standard. We don't track visitors across other websites or over time for advertising, and we don't let third parties do so on our Site, so there is no such tracking for those signals to turn off.

Global Privacy Control (GPC). We treat a GPC signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale of personal information and of targeted advertising. We don't do either, and we'll keep honoring GPC if our practices change.

9. How long we keep information

  • Audit requests, lead-form submissions and prospect records (non-clients): up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted, unless you become a client. Sooner if you ask.
  • Phone numbers collected on a lead form: stored with the lead for up to 24 months, then deleted, and deleted sooner on request.
  • Call and text consent and opt-out records (number, consent text and version, date and time): 5 years.
  • Do-not-contact list: kept as long as we send marketing (and permanently for phone opt-outs), so we don't contact you again. Every STOP or "don't call" request is added to this list. We keep only the minimum needed, such as your email address or phone number.
  • Logins you shared: deleted from our password manager when you leave (or sooner if you ask), and we remove our access on every platform.
  • Other client data (intake, drafts, reports, scans and communications): deleted within 90 days after cancellation. If you ask within 30 days of cancelling, we'll send you copies of your reports first.
  • Content already published on your profiles: stays live and stays yours.
  • Billing and tax records: as long as the law requires.
  • Terms of Service and automatic-renewal consent records: 3 years, or 1 year after your subscription ends, whichever is longer.
  • Backups: deleted data may remain in backups for a short time until they're overwritten.

We may keep information longer if the law requires it, or to resolve a dispute or enforce our agreements.

10. Your rights and choices

Anyone, in any state, can ask us to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
  • Correct inaccurate information;
  • Delete your information (subject to the records we must keep under Section 9);
  • Opt out of marketing emails (and of any sale or targeted advertising, which we don't do); and
  • Withdraw consent you gave us.

How to ask. Email admin@beinsight.co with the subject line "Privacy request," or write to us at the address in Section 1. We'll verify your request, usually by confirming it from the email address we have on file. You can use an authorized agent; we'll ask for proof of their authority. We'll respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we'll tell you why, and we may take up to 45 more days. Requests are free.

Appeals. If we decline your request, we'll explain why. You can appeal by replying to our decision with "Appeal" in the subject line, and we'll answer in writing within 60 days. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact your state attorney general (for Texas residents, the Texas Attorney General).

Clients also control their own accounts. You can remove our access on any platform at any time, update billing or cancel as described in our Terms, and ask for copies of your reports.

No discrimination. We won't treat you differently for exercising these rights. We may be unable to deliver parts of the Service if you delete information or remove access we need to do the work.

11. State privacy laws

Several US states have comprehensive consumer privacy laws, including California, Texas, Virginia and Colorado. Based on our size and practices, we believe In-Sight currently falls below these laws' applicability thresholds. Even so, we offer the rights in Section 10 to everyone, we never sell personal information (including sensitive personal data) or use it for targeted advertising, we honor Global Privacy Control signals, and we'll update this policy and our practices if a state law begins to apply to us.

California residents: we don't disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. You may ask us about this at admin@beinsight.co.

12. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards suited to a small business that holds client account access, including Manager (delegated) access instead of passwords wherever a platform offers it, an encrypted password manager, multi-factor authentication on our key accounts, least-privilege access, access logs, prompt removal of access when a client leaves, and confidentiality duties for everyone who works with us.

No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of unauthorized access to your accounts or personal information in our control, we'll notify you without undue delay and as required by law. If you think your account with us has been compromised, email admin@beinsight.co right away.

13. Children

The Site and Service are for licensed real estate professionals and are not directed to children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.

14. United States only

In-Sight serves real estate professionals in the United States. We and our service providers store and process information in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information will be processed in the US, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

15. Links to other sites

The Site, our ads and our emails link to other services, such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, ChatGPT, Stripe and the platforms where your profiles live. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our Service, tools or the law change. We'll post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If we make a material change, such as a new use of your information or a new kind of sharing, we'll email clients at least 30 days before it takes effect and highlight the change on the Site. If a change would let us use information we already collected in a materially different way, we'll ask for your consent where the law requires it.
